HUYNH SELECTED TO HEAD SIS’ RAMP-TO-RAMP CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES
Huynh to Oversee Equipment Procurement and Customer Service Team
Virginia Beach, VA – 04 October 2016 – SynchroNet Intermodal Services, Inc. (SIS) (synchronet.co) today announced Helen Huynh, has been promoted to Manager, Customer Support Services from Team Leader, Customer Support for the SIS ramp-to-ramp service. The SIS ramp-to-ramp services provides a consistent supply of ISO equipment via an online, real-time search facility that offers equipment availability/inventory visibility, quotes and rates, equipment booking, rail billing and shipment tracking and tracing. Helen’s new role includes equipment procurement and customer service for the ramp-to-ramp service, with a focus on customer relationships management.

Helen Huynh has been with SynchroNet since 2008. She joined the organization in the accounting department, but transferred into SIS’ customer service department where she has held various positions within the customer support and operations team. Immediately prior to Helen’s employment with SynchroNet, she was a call center representative at Wingtip Communications Inc. She has held other positions in customer support and service during the period her full-time employment career. Helen studied business administration at Las Positas College in Livermore, CA.
